Where is Good Manufacturing located?
Good Manufacturing is located in Marysville, WA, where we build all of our trailers and modular structures. But we sell all of our products nationwide. We’re constantly expanding our network of Good Manufacturing dealerships, too!

What is the R-rating of a Good Manufacturing composite aluminum panel?
At 1 to 1.5 inches thick, wall panels have an R-rating of R-4.5.
At 2 inches thick, roof panels have an R-rating of R-5.45.
The construction of our patent-pending aluminum composite panels naturally lends itself to creating comfortable conditions inside the trailer or modular structure.

What kinds of doors are available on Good Trailers?
Doors may be installed in a number of configurations to meet the needs of different applications.
- Back panel lift doors come standard on all trailers. They open and extend fully, offering plenty of room for loading and unloading.
- Entry doors are available on all cargo trailers.
- Lift panels are available on wall panels for all enclosed trailers. The raised panels double as an overhanging roof to provide additional dry space around your trailer during inclement weather. Perfect for concession trailers!

Absolutely! Our patent-pending aluminum composite panels are excellent for a number of applications. Contact sales so we can hear about and provide information for your specific needs.

Is it possible to outfit a cargo trailer with sinks and toilets?
Absolutely! Give the sales team your specs when you order your trailer.
How much is a flatbed trailer?
A 13’ flatbed is $8,875. A 19’ flatbed is $11,975. You’ll find more information about the models at this link.
What add-ons are available for a flatbed trailer?
Flatbed trailers come with three add-on options: the E-Track package which offers greater attachment point flexibility when securing cargo, a power inverter that lets you top up your battery power while on the go, and a portable hydraulic pump which will help you free up storage space.

What add-ons are available for a cargo trailer?
Choose any of the following options for your cargo trailer:
- Lift panels which allow the walls of the trailer to swing up and out for easy access.
- E-Track, installed along floor or wall panels for greater attachment point flexibility.
- D-Rings, installed into the finished plywood flooring, allowing you to anchor your cargo to the deck.
- D.O.T. certified swing-open vinyl windows, so you can enjoy more light and temperature control.
- A portable battery charger, a power inverter with an extension cable allowing you to top off battery power from most standard outlets.
- A portable hydraulic pump which allows you to save storage space.

How does a drop deck trailer compare to a tilt trailer?
A hydraulic drop deck trailer lowers all the way to the ground, but you can fine-tune the raising and lowering of the trailer to account for slopes and differences in the terrain. Thus, you receive all the utility of a tilt trailer while simultaneously enjoying all the functionality of a lay-flat trailer.
What do you recommend if I want to buy a cargo trailer to use as a mobile office space?
If you want to create a lovely mobile office space, select one of our extended height trailers. These heavy-duty trailers offer a foot of additional height, allowing you to move and work comfortably within the interior. Add a built-in desk, plumbing, electric, and some fantastic interior design, and you’ll have everything you need to take your office on the road with you.
When can I pick up my trailer?
If you’re ordering a trailer with no customization there’s a good chance we have the trailer in stock, allowing you to pick it up right away. If we don’t have it in stock, we can generally have a new trailer built and delivered within 3 weeks. The same is true for common trailer builds like concession trailers, construction trailers, or mobile offices.
If you want a custom trailer, we can generally get your trailer built within 10 to 12 weeks of receiving your final specifications and requests.
These timelines do vary slightly as our production calendar fills up, so please be sure to verify your specific delivery or pick-up date with your GoodMFG representative or local dealer.
Questions About Good Modular Structures
What are modular structures?
A modular structure is a prefabricated building made of individual sections, or “modules.” Each module gets built in a controlled factory setting before it is transported to a construction site for assembly. This building method offers several advantages over traditional construction:
- Standardization. Each module gets built to standard dimensions and specifications, so production and assembly are both extremely efficient.
- Flexibility. Create different layouts by combining modules. Customize your configuration!
- Efficiency. Reduce construction time and costs. In some cases, a structure may be deployed and assembled in a matter of days.
- Quality control. Standardized construction in a controlled environment reduces the potential for defects by a considerable margin, offering a sturdy, reliable build.

The GM13ST 13’ model has an estimated dry weight of 1900 pounds.
The GM13HQ has an estimated dry weight of 2,200 pounds.
The GM19ST has an estimated dry weight of 2,300 pounds.
The GM19HQ has an estimated dry weight of 2,600 pounds.
How many Good Modular Structures can be linked together?
Our patented corner casters allow us to stack and link an unlimited number of structures horizontally. Up to three structures may be vertically stacked.

How much is a Good Modular Structure?
Final pricing depends on customization choices, but we can give you base pricing. You have four options to choose from.
- The 13′ Standard (GM13ST) starts at $9,200.
- The 13′ Hi-Cube (GM13HQ) starts at $9,322.
- The 19′ Standard (GM19ST) starts at $14,000.
- The 19′ Hi-Cube (GM19HQ) starts at $14,133.
We’ll provide a final quote after you select your customization options.
How are Good Modular Structures different from storage containers?
While our Good Modular Structures may certainly be used as storage containers, they’re capable of so much more. Every Good Modular Structure may be customized both inside and out to meet your needs, transforming it into anything from a mobile office to a studio shed.
And that’s not even the best part. Patent-pending corner connectors allow us to link these structures. You can link an unlimited number horizontally and up to three structures vertically, allowing you to create warehouses, larger offices, and almost any other type of structure you desire.
Must we use Good Manufacturing connectors to stack the units?
Good Modular Structures are designed for use with our patent-pending corner connectors. We do not recommend stacking the units without them.
Will I need a permit to install my Good Modular Structure?
Your permitting needs will depend greatly on the location where you intend to use the unit. Our experts can help you investigate local permitting to determine whether installation will be feasible in your case.
Can Good Modular Structures be used as office space?
Absolutely! Many of our existing customers use the units both as temporary and as permanent office space. We offer a wide variety of customization features to help you create a workspace that’s to your liking.
When can I pick up my modular structure?
If you’re ordering a modular structure with no customization there’s a good chance we already have a version of that unit in stock, ready for delivery. If we don’t have a matching unit in stock, we can generally have a new, basic modular structure built and delivered within 3 weeks. The same is true for common studio shed and mobile office builds.

We have open dealership territories available in most states within the United States.
Are there any specific requirements or qualifications for becoming a dealer such as showrooms space, staff, or financial investment?
We’ve worked with multiple dealership set-ups, from large established lots to smaller start-up operations. We’ve even helped dealers who were in the very early stages of starting a new dealership location. What is the typical lead time for order fulfillment, and what are the logistics involved in delivering products to customers?
Our manufacturing shop is always building stock units to help reduce lead times to our customers. The exact lead time depends on several factors that include the exact models chosen, your geographic location, and the total number of units in production.
