Sales Professional – Drop-Down Trailers & Modular Structures

Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales Professionals to join the Good Manufacturing team in Washington. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding customers through the selection of drop-down trailers and modular structures, from initial inquiry to final sale. If you’re passionate about sales, enjoy building relationships, and have a strong knowledge of industrial equipment or transportation, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition
  • Identify and target potential customers, including dealerships and businesses in need of drop-down trailers and modular units.
  • Consultative Sales
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and transportation requirements. Provide tailored recommendations based on their        budget and goals.
  • Product Demonstration
  • Showcase the features, benefits, and customization options of our drop-down trailers and modular structures, ensuring customers are well – informed and confident in their purchasing decisions..
  • Trade Show Participation
  • Represent the company at select trade shows to network, generate leads, and promote our products.
  • Relationship Building
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure a positive buying experience and secure repeat business.
  • Sales Closing
  •  Present offers, negotiate terms, and close sales efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Post-Sales Support
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and offer ongoing support.
  • Industry Knowledge
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products to position Good Manufacturing as a leader in the field.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid Washington State Driver’s License.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time/ Outside sales Representative. 

Pay: Base + Commission

Education:

  • College Degree (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment/manufacturing, transportation, RVs, or similar sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools; experience with Zoho (preferred)

Job Duties: The job duties include but are not limited to

– General warehouse organization/cleanliness

Requirements:

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technician (electrician preferred) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of technical skills, including industrial equipment, automotive diagnostics, hand tools, equipment repair, forklift operation, plumbing, soldering, fabrication, and electrical work.

Duties:

  • preferred electrician for modular structure

– Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, automotive vehicles, and various machinery.
– Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment and vehicles.
– Use hand tools and specialized equipment to complete repairs.
– Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery and vehicles.
– Operate forklifts and other machinery as needed.
– Perform soldering and fabrication tasks when necessary.
– Handle electrical repairs and installations.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in industrial equipment maintenance or automotive repair.
– Proficiency in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
– Knowledge of forklift operation and safety protocols.
– Ability to solder and fabricate parts as needed.
– Strong electrical skills for repairs and installations.

Job Overview:

The Driver CDL Class A responsibilities will involve loading, securing and driving Company vehicles in accordance with all licensing and DOT regulations. The Driver will deliver finished goods for customers to jobsites or their shop.

Drivers are home every evening. Must be willing to have flexible hours. Good Manufacturing/Equipment offers a competitive compensation package and full benefits package.

Duties:

  • The Driver follows maps or written directions to deliver to customer’s shop or jobsite
  • Uses good judgment in assessing jobsite conditions and safe unloading
  • The Driver obtains valid signature on all delivery documents
  • The Driver completes daily required truck inspection
  • Completes driver logs as needed
  • The Driver follows all D.O.T. and licensing requirements as needed
  • Must be flexible and available for possible overtime
  • Lift boxes of material to stage in desired containers for shipment
  • Operates available equipment to ready crates and boxes for loading process.
  • Uses available equipment to load and unload material from flat bed and box type trailers.
  • Follows all company policies and procedures.
  • Handles additional tasks necessary to fulfill the needs of the company and the customer as deemed by the warehouse lead, fabrication manager, or branch operations manager.

Qualifications:

  • The Driver has appropriate CDL license, class A required with air brake endorsement for this role.
  • Helpful to have knowledge of operating Power Industrial Trucks (Forklifts)
  • Minimum of 6 months in a previous driving position.
  • Basic keypad and/or keyboard skills.
  • Safe loading/unloading practices
  • 1 year working in a multitask environment while under time constraints.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
